Seamergo Nails creates handmade nail sets. Tiny subtle texture variations are normal artisanal characteristics and will not be recognized as product defects.

3. Pricing, Tax & Payment


All prices displayed on seamergonails.com are stated in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
Shipping fees and applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders will only enter production after full payment is successfully authorized and confirmed. We do not store complete credit card information; all payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery


All shipping timelines shown on our Shipping Policy are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Seamergo Nails is not liable for delivery delays caused by carrier backlogs, customs inspections, extreme weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds


All return or exchange requests must receive prior written approval from our customer support team before you ship items back to us. Unauthorized returns sent without confirmation will be rejected and will not be processed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless manufacturing defects are verified by our team with clear photo evidence.
