All our press on nails are handmade custom pieces crafted exclusively for you.
Our artists need 1โ€“3 business days for production, quality inspection and secure packaging.
Our studio operates Monday to Friday only; weekends and US federal holidays are off. Any orders placed during off-days will start processing on the next working business day.

Once your package dispatches, you will receive an automated email with full tracking information so you can follow your shipmentโ€™s progress.
Tracking updates may be delayed by logistics backlogs or customs clearance, please allow extra transit time if tracking has no new updates for over a week.

We only ship orders to customers within the United States. Two delivery choices are available at checkout:

  • Fast Express Shipping (US Warehouse Stock)
    In-stock items ship out within 1 business day after production finishes
    Estimated delivery: 5โ€“7 business days
    Shipping cost rule: Free shipping for all orders over $59 USD; flat rate $4.99 for orders under $59
  • Standard Shipping (China Handmade Warehouse)
    1โ€“3 business days handmade crafting period + 20โ€“30 business days international transit
    Shipping cost rule: Free shipping for all orders over $59 USD; flat rate $4.99 for orders under $59

Express Shipping Important Notice

Orders containing liquid glue, glue remover, cuticle oil, UV lamp and battery-included accessories may be held for customs safety inspections. We cannot guarantee the 5โ€“7 day fast delivery window for these bundles.

Need to adjust your shipping address or cancel your order entirely?
Please email us at HP89078GH@gmail.com within 24 hours after checkout.
Once the 24-hour window expires, your nail set will enter handmade production and cannot be modified, paused or intercepted. Thank you for your understanding!

๐Ÿ“ฆ LOST PACKAGE? WEโ€™VE GOT YOUR BACK

Itโ€™s incredibly frustrating when your package goes missing in transit, and we take every lost order seriously.
If your parcel is marked lost by the logistics carrier, reach out to us within 7 business days after your estimated delivery date via our support email.
We will:

  1. Fully coordinate with shipping carriers to track down your missing package
  2. Resend your complete nail set or issue a full refund โ€” no complicated extra steps, only straightforward solutions.

Fair warning: After packages leave our warehouse, delivery delays are controlled by third-party logistics providers. We will always fight to find a satisfying resolution for you no matter the situation.

๐Ÿ’” SHIPPING DAMAGE NOTICE

While damaged shipments are rare, we fully support you if your package arrives broken.
We offer Worry-Free Package Protection at checkout for extra shopping security:

  1. If you added Worry-Free Protection: File your damage/loss claim directly at https://resolve.seel.com following the official service terms.
  2. If you skipped Worry-Free Protection: Capture clear photos or videos of damaged outer packaging and broken nail items, then send all evidence to HP89078GH@gmail.com.

All damage claims without protection must be submitted within 7 days after receiving your order. Late submissions will not be eligible for replacement or refund. We will provide a full refund or free re-production after verifying your proof.
