Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. You may submit return requests within 14 days after receiving your order.

Return Eligibility
1. All items must be unused, intact and kept in original packaging.
2. Valid order receipt or purchase proof is required.

Return Process
1. Send an email to our support mailbox to apply for return.
2. We will send you authorized return shipping label after review.
3. Repack items well with original packaging.
4. Ship the parcel back to our assigned address.

Refund Rules
We will inspect all returned items once received and notify you of your refund approval result.
If approved, funds will be refunded to your original payment method. Refund processing time depends on your card issuer’s policy.

Important Note for Handmade Press On Nails
For hygiene and custom handmade features, returns caused by wrong size, personal dislike or accidental damage are not accepted. Only manufacturing defective products within 14 days are eligible for return.
All return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer.
